This HD live webcam shows a beautiful skyline of the Kop van Zuid docklands area and the Nieuwe Maas river in Rotterdam city centre, Netherlands . The redeveloped area of Kos van Zuid on the south bank of the Nieuwe Maas, which was once old docklands, is now a vibrant area with attractive buildings, cultural institutions such as the Nieuwe Luxor theatre, and waterfront restaurants and bars. The streaming shows an overview of Erasmus Bridge (Erasmusbrug), a white suspension bridge nicknamed "The Swan", that connects the city's north and south sides. Across the river is a marina, where you can see cruise ships and classic water taxis. On the left-hand side of the image, you can see the tip of Katendrecht neighbourhood, which is especially popular for dining and cocktails.
