Watch this live webcam stream of the Merapi volcano in Central Java , Indonesia . This is the most active stratovolcano among Indonesia's 120 active volcanoes, and it has frequently erupted with lava and gas clouds in recent years. The camera is located at Jamburejo Hamlet, Kemiren Village, Srumbung District, Magelang, in the Indonesian state of Central Java, approximately 9.7 kilometres from Mount Merapi's peak, at a height of 30 metres above the ground. The streaming also shows graphs of real-time seismic activity and audio from the BPPTKG's VHF Radio Transmitter at the Klatakan Station. A wobbling or wavy sound indicates a vibration.
