The Plaza Malvinas Islands is a memorial park dedicated to the Falkland Islands (Islas Malvinas), and especially to the Argentine soldiers who were killed in the Falklands War. In the foreground is displayed Malvinas Memorial (Monumento a los Héroes de Malvinas) a bronze mural presenting a cut-out image of the Malvinas Islands. In the background you have a glimpse of the wide Ushuaia Bay, north of Beagle Channel.
